After two and a half years of R&D, what improvements have been made to Traxshot Pro?
Sound Quality
Mic Capsule 9mm→14mm
The larger the capsule, the better the microphone can capture subtle sound fluctuations and represent the vocal to a higher degree.
Maximum Sound Pressure Level 110dB→130dB
The sound pressure level of Traxshot Pro can reach up to 130dB SPL, which means it can handle higher-intensity audio and effectively avoid sound distortion or damage under high sound pressure conditions.
Added 75Hz Low-cut Mode
Based on Traxshot's 150Hz low-cut, Traxshot Pro adds 75Hz low-cut mode. Creators can flexibly filter low-frequency noise below 75/150Hz according to actual recording conditions, such as noises from air conditioners, computers, refrigerators, etc.
Convenience
Added Automatic And Programmable Manual Pickup Modes
Traxshot M: Mono mode; S1: 30° stereo pick up mode; S2: 90° stereo pick up mode; T: Front&back stereo pick up mode.
Traxshot Pro: A, PM, PS pick up modes.
A(automatic pickup): Automatically identify 0°, 30°, 90°, 180°, and switch to mono or stereo mode according to the pickup angle;
PM(programmable mono pickup): Delivers mono audio at any pickup angle;
PS(programmable stereo pickup): Delivers stereo audio at any pickup angle.
Digital Output
The added USB-C digital output provides higher sound fidelity and compatibility, and users can easily connect the microphone to computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
Automatic Power Switch
Traxshot Pro can automatically power on/off as it detects connection & disconnection to 3.5mm/USB output devices. It reduces frequent manual operations and avoids the situation where the audio is not recorded due to forgetting to turn on the microphone, or the power consumption due to forgetting to turn off the microphone.
3.5mm Intelligent Auto-sensing Output
The 3.5mm output interface of Traxshot Pro is compatible with TRS/TRRS, which effectively reduces the problem of audio not being recorded or lost due to using the wrong connection cable.
Texture
The overall texture of Traxshot Pro has a very intuitive upgrade compared to Traxshot. The microphone interference tube is upgraded from plastic to all-metal material, which is more durable and has better anti-interference ability.
Compared with Traxshot, Traxshot Pro's improvements in sound quality, convenience, and quality appearance offer creators a better recording experience.
